"Hey Iman - quick heads up before you get further into the Stripe/Unlock work. I'm setting up a new Unlock lock on Base: a $1 minimum digital collectible, separate from the existing $20 Supporter / $50 Pro Ticket tiers. Anyone who wants to support with $1+ gets the collectible. Wanted you in the loop since the build doc has you down for Stripe and Unlock - didn't want to step on anything you've already started. Let me know if you're mid-way on something here, otherwise I'll go ahead and deploy the lock myself."

Also: the tickets themselves may move to Unlock. Please hold the open Stripe fixes until Zaal confirms Stripe stays.

What we need back: are you mid-way on anything Unlock? A yes or no is enough.

Needs Zaal, answered:

1. Routes for Grass Rug, Michael Anderson, Tom Fellenz: all three are Zaal, direct (zao-vault projects/zaostock-primitives-2026-09-14.md, acts table). The text to Steve is still held until Steve replies (Zaal, 14 Sept).
2. Poster "6-10pm DJ at Black Moon" vs site: RULED 14 Sept. The evening is the ZAOstock after-party at Black Moon Public House, with a DJ, run by Steve, from six. The poster's 6 to 10 PM stands; the site copy changed to match (ZAOstock #195). Music on the parklet ends before six.
3. Steve is the route for The Crown Vics and OPEN X (acts table). 5b. Third stage manager: Steve Peer. Zaal on the 15 Sept call: "stage manager is going to be between Zaal, DCoop and Steve Peer"; that is why the day DJ needs an AV backup (meetings/iman-x-zaal-2026-09-15-zaostock-doc-review.md, decision 5).
4. ZAOresearch PR #1 is merged (15 Sept 09:43 UTC). Which newsletter repo is canonical is Zaal's answer and is on his page today.

On the desk now, two corrections:

8. zaostock.com/live shipped today: ZAODEVZ/ZAOstock #196, merged at 9e2e4c0. Your part is the stream link once a stream test passes (WATCH_HREF is the one constant to fill; docs/av/livestream-chain-2026-10-03.md item 8 says no platform named publicly before a run passes).
9. The sponsorship contact is Freymon.eth on Farcaster (Zaal, 15 Sept), not Fremont.

Still genuinely Zaal's, unchanged: the Acadia Rising photo via Sen; the LyonsDen backstage page OK; the Gemini key; zpoidh fb80333; the DJ app repo and deck photo (#1); drone photos and call footage (#2); the video ad. He has them on one page today.
