Answered on the 15 Sept call

• Insurance: broker has the no fire act follow-up. Final confirmation today; Zaal pays, signs, sends to the city.
• Broker email in the doc: remove it for now.
• Flyers: none finished. Candy is on the final design.
• Pro ticket 1 on 1s: yes, Zaal owes one to every buyer.
• Card payments: not live, PayPal link only. IMan does Unlock and Stripe today.
• Radio slot 10 Sept: happened, went well. Thy Revolution to animate it.
• Paul (Star 97.7): has the doc, 5 minutes on stage.
• Steve: has the full schedule and performer headcount.
• PA: OPEN X brings it and runs it all day.

Answered on the 15 Sept round two call

The stream and the virtual side.

• Who runs the stream: Zaal, video and audio both. The venue AV team helps him. He emailed for an AV contact and went to the site that evening to confirm the audio can run through the interface.
• Where the stream lives: everywhere, but zaostock.com/live is the main link.
• Stream test: Zaal wants to test it and pins IMan when he does, so IMan can join.
• Soundcheck: the day before, Fri 2 Oct. Confirmed.
• Spaces and watch parties: no single format. Zaal wants one channel carrying clean event audio, which he can run from a ZAO account. Everyone else takes that audio and does their own take on it, IMan included. On the day Zaal posts and emails a list of every place you can watch along with a community.
• If the stream drops: the Telegram chat. Anyone on the ground sees it, and if Zaal misses it someone tells him.
• Third stage manager: ruled 18 Sept via desk #8: Steve Peer stage-manages, Maceo is on video.
• Artist routes: Zaal has contacted each act already and is the main contact for each of them, or Steve. Moving on all of them.
• Wristbands: no budget. Find the cheapest.
• IMan desk asks: Zaal answered one, has not seen the other ten, reviews them when he gets home.

Rulings that were made in the ZAO vault and never relayed. These override the desk where they clash.

• Poster vs site: ruled 14 Sept. The evening is the ZAOstock after-party at Black Moon Public House, with a DJ, run by Steve, from six. The poster's 6 to 10 PM stands and the site copy was changed to match (#195). Parklet music ends before six.
• Artist routes: Grass Rug, Michael Anderson and Tom Fellenz are all Zaal, direct. The text to Steve is held until Steve replies (Zaal, 14 Sept). Steve is the route for The Crown Vics and OPEN X.
• zaostock.com/live shipped 15 Sept (#196, 9e2e4c0). IMan's part is now one constant, WATCH_HREF, filled with the stream link only after a stream test passes. No platform is named publicly before a run passes (docs/av/livestream-chain-2026-10-03.md, item 8).
• The sponsorship contact is Freymon.eth on Farcaster, not Fremont.
• ZAOresearch PR #1 is merged (15 Sept). Which newsletter repo is canonical is still Zaal's to answer.
• Zaal's process, from 15 Sept: three check-ins a day at 9:30 AM, 11:30 AM and 4:00 PM ET. Any message with three or more questions gets a call or a voice note, not a typed reply.

• Clean audio for /live and watch parties: BetterCallZaal. The player embeds a YouTube or Twitch feed, not decided which.
• After-party: not streamed. Watch parties: collected before the day.
• PA during OPEN X, 12:45 to 13:25: OPEN X covers it, Ryan from OPEN X is the person.
• First Aid: none booked, urgent care is close by. The Fire Chief question is now open.
• Crypto: both. Stripe crypto toggle, and a new $1 Unlock collectible lock on Base that Zaal deploys himself. Tickets may move to Unlock: hold open Stripe fixes until he confirms.
• Backstage outreach round: not needed, closed (#8).
• Wallace Events tent: has been up all summer, not a quote.
• Stream: do not announce the after-party as streamed; attendees will stream casually.
