Zaal's seat on #8, 19 Sept afternoon

Five relays landed after IMan's last reply there (12:53 and 14:50 UTC).

Row 9, zpoidh push: "Yes, push it." Checked the remote: the fix was already merged as bettercallzaal/zpoidh #107 on 4 Sept, in IMan's name. The row was stale for sixteen days. Closed.
Row 11, master doc: "he has editing, close it." Closed. IMan checks the doc opens as Editing before pasting the 17 Sept block.
Row 7, Gemini key: "Idk let's ask iman." IMan has no key; the old one is dead. One new key from any Google account, by DM, closes it. Row rewritten so the ask is plain.
Rows 5 and 6: "Do it now." The eight drone clips arrived by DM the same afternoon. Still open: the DJ app repo, the deck photo, the call footage.
New ask, tracker card 9817: who has admin and payment access on facebook.com/zaofestivals and its ad account, and what it takes to add a second admin. Needed before 3 Oct for the ads. On the desk as task 13. Page roles only show to a logged-in admin, so this is IMan by hand, not a script.

Desk changes

Needs Zaal rows 9 and 11 closed, row 7 rewritten, rows 5 and 6 carry the 19 Sept note. Task 13 added. The on-the-desk table is measured to today. Office page built 19 Sept, deploy pending.

The desk site, afternoon

Every task opens its own page. Each row of On the desk now and Needs Zaal is a whole-card link to /tasks/N/ or /needs/N/: the row, its state, the project, the draft it links rendered in full, the PRs it points to, and its history pulled from every daily update and the timeline. Answered rows keep a page, marked answered.
New look. IMan asked for "premium, Instagram, Facebook, X eye quality". Layered navy and amber gradients, glass cards, amber number badges, state pills coloured by meaning (green merged or done, red today or deadline, amber waiting), hover lift and glow. Checked at desktop and phone width.
Fixed: quotes in the office cards showed as "; Today's card counted no commits because the snapshot ran before the commit. The order is now commit, snapshot, build, deploy.
Why iman-desk.vercel.app times out here. Not the repo and not Vercel. Every vercel.app name resolves on IMan's ISP to 64.29.17.131 and 216.198.79.131, and both are unreachable from Lusaka; zpoidh.vercel.app and za-oartizen.vercel.app fail the same way. The same site answers when reached through 216.198.79.1 or 76.76.21.21. Zaal in the US is unaffected. Workarounds: phone data, a VPN, a hosts-file line, or a custom domain such as desk.thezao.com pointed at 76.76.21.21, which needs Zaal's DNS. Needs Zaal row 14.
Git to Vercel. IMan wants the repo connected to the Vercel project so deploys run on push. Step one is trsr2218 as a collaborator on ZAODEVZ/iman-desk; IMan runs the invite. Then the Vercel GitHub app on the ZAODEVZ org, then Connect Git on the project.
Pushed through be1c69f. Production still serves last night's version until the deploy runs.

Cowork bot

Card #1282, the standing daily PR review across ZAOOS and ZAOcowork, is nudging "do now" every four hours since 16:00 UTC yesterday. /notify off four_hour_nudge mutes it.

Evening, 20:20 CAT

Zaal in ZAO Festivals, 15:41 UTC: tagged IMan with the Day 263 newsletter preview, "13 days until ZAOstock", and asked what he thinks. It names all eight acts in running order, links RSVP, rooms, Acadia, the design kit, volunteers, tickets, sponsor, and the stream. Every link resolves. He also posted zaostock.com/brand at 14:44 UTC asking whether more logos are needed.
The stream link goes to /live, and /live has no player. The page shows "ZAOstock, live." and the four ways in; the only destination on it is the YouTube channel. The newsletter promises 12 to 6 Eastern with no sign-up. Sent Zaal one question through ZOE at 18:11 UTC: build the player now, yes or no. ZOE confirmed it reached his inbox. Needs Zaal row 15.
Desk #9 from Zaal, 17:03 UTC: a Gmail daily triage routine for info@thezao (labels, drafts only, digest into updates/). His session could not create it because the cloud routine needs a GitHub grant on this repo, which IMan owns. IMan's call: it commits to main here daily and runs under his login.
Bot sweep, 19:20 CAT: cowork bot 26 open cards, #1282 nudging every four hours; team bot 8 confirmed, $1,000 committed, $0 paid, 0 volunteers, 90 todos; nothing new for IMan in ZAAL BOTZ, ZAO + IMAN or ZAO DEVZ. Zaal's own agents flagged that his Canva brand kits, ZAO STOCK included, sit under zaalp99 in a team info@thezao.com cannot see.

Hours: on desk 10:00 to 14:35 and 19:15 to 23:50 CAT. Between them IMan cut the videos and flyers for the ZAO Festivals group.
Day 263 preview reviewed for Zaal: voice fits the daily posts, every link resolves, running order matches /program. Two fixes before it goes out: the tickets page has no checkout until the Stripe links land (row 10), and /live has no player (row 15). Worth a check: the Wallace Events tent is stated as booked while his own board still lists the tent quote as open.
