- Call, 22:36 CAT, 5 min, Discord coworking, recorded on Craig. Transcribed; mixed audio sent to Zaal's DM at 22:58 CAT. /live embeds a YouTube or Twitch feed, not decided. The Wallace tent has been up all summer. New: IMan shares Zaal's daily points challenge for a week, next one ends 5 PM ET on 22 Sept. Facebook: a ZAOstock page under the ZAO Festivals account, every organiser as admin, Zaal sets it up. Flyer good to go; videos posted to the main page.

- New ask, tracker card 9817: who has admin and payment access on facebook.com/zaofestivals and its ad account, and what it takes to add a second admin. Needed before 3 Oct for the ads. On the desk as task 13. Page roles only show to a logged-in admin, so this is IMan by hand, not a script.
- New look. IMan asked for "premium, Instagram, Facebook, X eye quality". Layered navy and amber gradients, glass cards, amber number badges, state pills coloured by meaning (green merged or done, red today or deadline, amber waiting), hover lift and glow. Checked at desktop and phone width.

Afternoon: desk #9 done and closed, the Gmail triage routine live from IMan's account, first run passed; it surfaced the Ellsworth Chamber poster ask, now task 14. Desk site: seven deploy tries, real cause found (Vercel blocks deploys whose commit author is not in the one-seat hobby team), fixed with a git-free deploy script; site current at 15:49 CAT. 50e5e9b, #229 and #242 to #249 merged overnight. Zaal ruled marketing goes to the ZAO Festivals group. ZAOstock Daily v34 with a Sunday block covering the week. Afternoon: the desk site got a page per task (whole-card links, drafts inline, history from every update), a premium restyle, and two fixes; found that iman-desk.vercel.app times out on IMan's ISP because two Vercel addresses are dropped in Lusaka, not a repo problem. IMan on the video ad final cut. Reviewed the Day 263 preview for Zaal: voice fits, links resolve, tickets and /live need fixing first. Call with Zaal and Danny recorded, one of three tracks transcribed. Evening: Zaal posted the Day 263 newsletter preview in ZAO Festivals and asked IMan what he thinks; its stream link goes to /live, which has no player. Asked Zaal through ZOE whether to build one now, Needs Zaal 15. Zaal also opened desk #9, the Gmail triage routine, for IMan to create from his own account.
