• Card payments are live. Zaal landed both Stripe Payment Links on 20 Sept: Supporter (#256) and Pro (#263), the Pro Buy Button (#265, #272, #280), /t/<tier> short links (#264), a /thanks page with a real 1:1 booking link (#261, #271), /terms (#257) and /support (#260). zaostock.com/tickets and /donate render the checkout now. Still unset: the Unlock lock on Base for the Pro Ticket, and #281 refuses any Unlock URL not on Base mainnet. Needs Zaal row 10 closes; the Unlock lock is the only piece left and nothing waits on it.
• Main is 7a655b1. 44 commits since 50e5e9b, #250 to #281, most by Zaal's assistant on 20 Sept evening ET. Beyond checkout: /brand front door with a download-all zip and social crops (#253, #277), venue and date facts read from festival.ts on 14 more pages (#252, #254, #275, CI guard #276), the broken Instagram embed on /festivals replaced with link-out cards (#273), eslint 10 merged then reverted (#185, #262, #266).
• Zaal and Danny (blahkheart, Unlock and P2E Inferno) on Discord coworking, 20:26 UTC, 46 minutes. IMan on for the first five, two lines. Three Craig tracks, whisper, merged. Transcript in our chat/2026-09-20-call/transcript.txt (local, not committed).
• Zaal wants IMan and Danny talking. He is adding both to a group: ZAO Africa and Wave Wars Africa together, and SONGCHAINN can use Danny's Unlock work. "I could hand you all the resources that would be needed."
• Zaal by DM, 10:13 to 10:14 UTC: on his way to work; "if I give you $20 can you test out Stripe"; tell him when IMan is at the desk and when IMan can get on Discord today; are the 9:30, 11:30 and 4pm ET check-ins fine. IMan answered 11:06 and 11:12 UTC: in, the times work. Open from it: the Discord time today, and the $20 Stripe test once it lands (task 15).
• Zaal in ZAO Festivals, 23:25 UTC last night: "I just updated the stripe links." 03:33 UTC: posted an X article link.
• Held on Discord, his 9:30 ET check-in. Brief was drafts/2026-09-21-call-brief.md. Zaal confirmed the checkout is done on his side. Other rulings: pending IMan's notes or the Craig recording.
• How to pay, checked live 16:00 CAT: /tickets is card only through the Stripe Buy Button and Payment Links. /donate takes card, PayPal (fiat) and crypto through Giveth, USDC on Base preferred, seven chains. No crypto on /tickets: the Unlock lock is unset. Suggestion 8 for Zaal: switch crypto on in Stripe checkout, one toggle.

• ZOE's 20 Sept file carries the desk line and Zaal's own 14-day list. His first item is the United Insurance DocuSign; the two Stripe links into #8 are second.
• Two photos today, the two Stripe links, the eight outreach messages, a Gemini key, the reply to Steve, the stream test pin, the DJ app repo and deck photo, the call footage, and a DNS line for desk.thezao.com.
• Day 263 preview reviewed for Zaal: voice fits the daily posts, every link resolves, running order matches /program. Two fixes before it goes out: the tickets page has no checkout until the Stripe links land (row 10), and /live has no player (row 15). Worth a check: the Wallace Events tent is stated as booked while his own board still lists the tent quote as open.

• Two Stripe links, master doc access, eight outreach messages, the radio call on the stream line, #229 review, two photos by Sunday.
• None of the desk asks are on that board. Not the Stripe links, the master doc, the outreach messages, the photos, nor #229. Three systems now: the desk, ZOE's vault file, and the team bot's board, and only the desk carries the asks.
• Wrong or stale on its board: 15 days shown, it is 14. "Confirm 5 to 6 artists" open since May, 8 are confirmed. "Contact sound vendors" open, OPEN X runs the PA. "Write artist outreach templates" open, eight messages written 17 Sept. "Build /lineup page" open, shipped 15 Sept (#195). "Per-musician profile pages" open, every act has one (#199). Livestream dry-run undated, ruled this weekend. Sponsors 0 in pipeline: Heart of Ellsworth confirmed (#231), Bangor Savings Bank in progress, Freymon.eth drafted. Volunteers 0: seven named crew. Missing entirely: Stripe links, master doc, #229, Sunday photos, today's radio spot, wristbands, after-party, soundcheck, insurance, housing, the deal memos.

Fri 18 Sept

• #223 merged at 21:40 UTC: the card and onchain checkout wiring.
• #224 merged, his follow-up on it: stripeLinkFor threw instead of returning null when handed a prototype key like toString. Not reachable today, since tier ids come from a readonly const, but it would have been a 500 on a payments page the day a tier is ever routed from a URL. Fair catch, fixed as he wrote it.
• Desk issue #8: send the eight outreach messages, the two checkout links, master doc edit access. Plus the four bios and photos by Sunday, the third stage manager, LyonsDen filming consent, the stream test date.
• His side's last write on the desk is still #7, 15 Sept. 26 ZAOstock merges from him on 16 and 17 Sept, none since #224.

Thu 17 Sept

• Card payments wired. STRIPE_LINKS and UNLOCK_CHECKOUT_URL added to ZAOstock src/content/site.ts, read only through two helpers that return null, and the card and onchain buttons on /tickets and /donate render only when a real link exists. Both are UNSET today, so the live site is unchanged: PayPal only. New tests in src/content/checkout.test.ts, full suite 382 green, tsc clean. On a branch, not pushed.
• Card payments: Unlock and Stripe for the pro ticket. PayPal only until then.
• ZAOstock #223 open, checks green and mergeable: the card and onchain checkout wiring. It changes nothing live until Zaal pastes the two links.
