/live still has no player. WATCH_HREF is null on main. No stream test pin.

The stream link goes to /live, and /live has no player. The page shows "ZAOstock, live." and the four ways in; the only destination on it is the YouTube channel. The newsletter promises 12 to 6 Eastern with no sign-up. Sent Zaal one question through ZOE at 18:11 UTC: build the player now, yes or no. ZOE confirmed it reached his inbox. Needs Zaal row 15.
Day 263 preview reviewed for Zaal: voice fits the daily posts, every link resolves, running order matches /program. Two fixes before it goes out: the tickets page has no checkout until the Stripe links land (row 10), and /live has no player (row 15). Worth a check: the Wallace Events tent is stated as booked while his own board still lists the tent quote as open.

Two Stripe links, master doc access, eight outreach messages, the radio call on the stream line, #229 review, two photos by Sunday.
40 todos claimed by Zaal, almost all site builds (about page, lineup page, partner and artist profile pages, check-in QR page, display page). One is day-of: livestream rig dry-run for 3 Oct.
None of the desk asks are on that board. Not the Stripe links, the master doc, the outreach messages, the photos, nor #229. Three systems now: the desk, ZOE's vault file, and the team bot's board, and only the desk carries the asks.
Wrong or stale on its board: 15 days shown, it is 14. "Confirm 5 to 6 artists" open since May, 8 are confirmed. "Contact sound vendors" open, OPEN X runs the PA. "Write artist outreach templates" open, eight messages written 17 Sept. "Build /lineup page" open, shipped 15 Sept (#195). "Per-musician profile pages" open, every act has one (#199). Sixteen minutes after the first message through ZOE, Zaal's seat rewrote her Saturday file (ZAOOS #3571). It now carries: "Iman's desk, open for Zaal as of 19 Sept: row 7, row 9, the eight outreach messages, the radio call on the stream line, merge ZAOstock #229." Needs Zaal row 12 is done.

/live, the day-of half: ZAOstock #225. The page was written before the 15 Sept call and three settled things had never reached it, none of them gated on the stream test:
Clean: the homepage, /program, /artists, /partners, /tickets, /donate, /musicians, /event-organizers, /brand, /live, /ellsworth. No Hurricane, no ENTERACT or Web3Metal, no reveal date, no "confirmed agreement" partner line. All eight artist pages return 200, including the four with no bio yet.
Not clean: /build, fixed in commit 2 of #229.
Nothing about the viewer: no /live, no Telegram fallback, no watch parties.
The sweep behind #227 checked every day-of document. Most are dated records and fine. Three are operational, meaning somebody follows them on the day, and all three had drifted. The worst was the stage manager's one page:
Still to do, logged not fixed: the live crew board at zaostock.com/ops carries one stale decision card, d10, reading "Run of show locked 3 September: nine acts, 12:05 to 17:55. WaveWarZ cancelled, Stilo not coming in person." It needs the 10 Sept retime beside it. Everything else on the board is current.
#225 to #228 are closed and folded into #229: five commits, one review. Nobody had reviewed any of them, so nothing was lost, and the day-of pass is one piece of work that should land as one.
Added to it before it went up, the last finding of the sweep: the crew board at zaostock.com/ops still locked the run of show at nine acts ending 17:55, on decision card d10, which is the newest thing on the board that speaks about the run of show and therefore reads as current. Corrected to eight acts and the 10 Sept retime. The clock came off the card rather than being updated, because /ops is a public URL and those two numbers with a public running order are the opener's downbeat and the closer's last minute, the same leak this branch takes off /build. Crew times are untouched: they live in the schedule rows the board already hides in public mode. Both outputs rebuilt, stamp ed8c81c07927d894.

zaostock.com/live shipped (ZAOstock #196). IMan's part is one constant, WATCH_HREF, and only after a stream test passes. No platform named publicly before a run passes.

21 Sept: Inbound: nothing new on the desk. Found in ZAO + IMAN that ZOE could not show Zaal the questions IMan relayed through her, so check-ins now tag her and carry the questions (IMan's rule). Checked in 13:05 CAT. Five more relays from Zaal's seat on #8 (19 Sept afternoon) folded in: zpoidh yes (found already merged as #107 on 4 Sept, row 9 closed), master doc edit access (row 11 closed), Gemini key "ask IMan" (row 7 rewritten), "do it now" on the footage and DJ repo, and a new Facebook page-admin ask (task 13). Live check: 4 of 8 acts published, main 50e5e9b, #229 and #242 to #249 merged overnight. Zaal ruled marketing goes to the ZAO Festivals group. ZAOstock Daily v34 with a Sunday block covering the week. Afternoon: the desk site got a page per task (whole-card links, drafts inline, history from every update), a premium restyle, and two fixes; found that iman-desk.vercel.app times out on IMan's ISP because two Vercel addresses are dropped in Lusaka, not a repo problem. 18 Sept: /live day-of half up as ZAOstock #225; site drift audit found two set times and a closed bounty published on /build, fixed in #226. Stream run sheet rewritten, #227, and the stage manager page, #228: both were cueing five acts, Hurricane and a WaveWarZ block. Zaal merged the checkout wiring (#223) and fixed a prototype-key bug in it (#224). Tracker moved to $75 a Thursday. Evening: radio copy for 19 Sept written; live check bios 6 of 8, photos 4 of 8; desk #6 closed against Zaal's zao-repos; found his bot does not read the desk, told him on #8.
16 Sept: Round two call transcribed and put on the desk. Issue #7 folded in: poster ruled, routes confirmed, /live shipped, Freymon.eth corrected. Needs Zaal 11 to 9.
